UTSC

The University of Toronto Scarborough Campus Student Residence Project is a flagship for sustainable construction, set to become one of North America’s largest Passive House developments. It incorporates advanced energy-efficient principles and boasts a green roof area of 1,901 square meters using Zinco’s system and an additional 691 square meters with Xeroflor’s “Ultra light” Built-up system. Triumph roofing and the collaborative design of Handel Architects and Core Architects, along with construction by Pomerleau, exemplify a commitment to sustainability, making this project a pioneering model for sustainable living in North America.
